We do not collect or read your private direct messages (DMs), personal profile passwords, or any other data unrelated to post comment automation.
We use the information we collect strictly to provide and maintain the core functionalities of our automated Instagram comment bot system. Your data is used to trigger automated comment responses based on the rules you configure in your panel.
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your account information. All user passwords are encrypted using strong industry-standard hashing algorithms (Bcrypt). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or Meta API data to third parties.
Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated Meta/Instagram token data from our servers at any time. To request data deletion, you can contact us directly at contact@pleik.site. Upon request, all your stored user data will be permanently wiped from our SQL database within 48 hours.
